Thank you for taking the first step in considering a job here at The Pathfinder C of E Primary School. This is an exciting and unique time to be applying for post at the school, as successful candidates will find themselves to be instrumental in setting the foundations for the children of today and the future within the growing town of Northstowe. 

The school currently has 290 children on role, with a 54 place pre-school. At full capacity the school will be a three-form entry school. 

Our vision for The Pathfinder Church of England Primary School is to be at the forefront of developing new approaches to learning, embedding the ‘mastery’ approach to primary phase teaching and learning. Children will be inspired to embed the school’s values and develop personal character through additional wider curriculum activities and opportunities which enable them to grow in confidence and cultivate thinking skills and creative potential beyond typical expectations.

To do this, we are building a committed, enthusiastic and inspiring teaching team, surrounded by dedicated and knowledgeable support staff, working closely together. Achieving our vision will require hard work, and a creative, can-do attitude, to continue building our reputation quickly within the growing community we serve.
